Sounds familiar to you? I hope no. This happens to me before, and now, I am very conscious whenever I carry a purse. I always fancy on Vera Bradley Purses, it is so fantastic and lovely. I have a lot of it, I am one of the big fan of Vera Bradley and I have a big bulk of collection of Vera Bradley Purses. Luckily, the purses which had been snatched by the snatch thief is not from my Vera Bradley collection, it is the one I bought from street not long time ago, is too attractive especially the color of the purse, is highlighted in flowery color. The most painful part is I have to redo everything, I have to report lost of Identification card, make a police report, get a replacement credit/debit card…you name it…! Ok, enough for my past unhappy experience, I share it with you because I don’t want this to happen to you! Now, I am going to share with you the step by step guide I took to avoid purse snatches.
Step 1: Get a coin Purse or card holder What is the purpose of this? Well, I got m coin purse from Vera Bradley Purses as well. The purpose is, of cause not to put all your coin inside, indeed, I put my entire important card inside, my identification card, my credit card, debit card, ATM card and all that. It is small enough to put in my pocket or sometimes I put it on the dashboard or somewhere hiding in my car. I seldom carry this out with me while I go shopping or buying glossary. Of coz, this is not easy if you do not wear any clothes with pocket, especially for ladies
Step 2: Be Alert, Look Around you Well, this is the most easy part, yet, is the hardest part too. Why am I saying that? This is because it is hard for you to be alert all time. Do you think is possible while you’re busy with buying glossary, carry a lot of shopping bags with you and still be alert? I don’t think so… but you need to be alert at the place with fewer people going, better still, don’t go to somewhere with fewer or no people, stay with the cloud. Whenever I use Vera Bradley Purses, this absolutely serve me well on this purpose, I like my Vera Bradley Purses so much that I always paying full attention to it. Here’s another good tips, buy the purse you like, like Vera Bradley as one of my favorite, and you will pay attention to it all time!
Step 3: Using ATM Is hard to avoid using ATM, but try not to go to ATM frequently, indeed, take enough supply for that particular months or for 2 weeks or so. Try to use ATM during day time instead of night time, and better still, use the drive in or in store ATM if possible. The best is transferring your money online if you had to make bill payment, it is the fastest, safest and easiest, and this will avoid queue as well.
Step 4: Do Not Display your Purse content to Public Whenever you want to pay for something, try not to open widely on your purse and let everyone’s see the content of your purse. DO NOT whatsoever, put a large amount of cash inside your purse, try to use credit or debit card if you want to pay for something with large sum.

Finally, I know I have been repeating this, but try to get a purse you love, and you will be alert all time that you carry a purse, and since I carry Vera Bradley Purses, I never got natched until now, this is because I pay full attention to it all the time!
